Development of an anti-terrorist security passport

In accordance with Article 10-3 (Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 416 dated 13.07.99 On Countering Terrorism), managers or other officials of facilities vulnerable to terrorism, regardless of ownership, in order to prevent terrorist activities, as well as anti-terrorist protection of facilities and compliance with the proper level of their security are required to implement a number of measures.

Resolution No. 191 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 3, 2015 approved the Requirements for the system of anti-terrorist protection of objects vulnerable to terrorism.

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2013 No. 1217 approved the Standard Passport of Anti-terrorist Protection of Objects (AtPO) vulnerable to terrorism.

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 28, 2013 No. 876 approved the list of objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan vulnerable to terrorism.
