Preparation of accident response plans for hazardous production facilities is carried out on the basis of Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Civil Protection No. 188-V dated April 11, 2014.

An accident response plan is being developed at a hazardous production facility.

The emergency response plan provides for measures to save people, actions of managers and employees, emergency rescue services and formations.

The emergency response plan is approved by the head of the organization and coordinated with professional emergency services and (or) formations.
