According to the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2015 No. 1019 On approval of the Rules and deadlines for training, instruction and knowledge checks on safety and labor protection of employees, which entered into force on January 1, 2016, managers and employees responsible for ensuring safety and labor protection (hereinafter - responsible employees), periodically, at least once every 3 years, undergo training and knowledge testing on safety and labor protection issues in organizations engaged in professional training, retraining and advanced training of personnel.

Production activity in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V (with amendments and additions as of 05/24/2018) is understood as a set of actions of employees using labor tools necessary to turn resources into finished products, including the production and processing of various types of raw materials, the provision of various types of services and performance of works.
