Only organizations that have passed the certification procedure for the right to perform such works in the authorized state body have the right to conduct an industrial safety examination and issue an expert opinion on the compliance of technologies, technical devices, materials with industrial safety requirements (as of Article 73 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Civil Protection dated April 11, 2014 No. 188-V 3). The result of the industrial safety examination is an expert opinion.
