The passport issued for the product is included in the standard package of accompanying documentation.

In the relevant certification bodies, the document gives all the necessary knowledge about the product, its properties, technical characteristics, etc.

Operational documents that relate to the type of technical documentation must be drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which describes all the requirements and standards for writing a passport, the passport contains data on the design, technical characteristics, operating conditions, etc. During the entire period of operation of the equipment in production, minor malfunctions can very often occur in its operation.

Some of them can be successfully solved by a mechanic or a locksmith-machine operator of the enterprise.

Others require a deeper understanding of the principles of equipment operation.

In such cases, the person repairing the machine simply needs drawings and diagrams of the equipment, and as much information as possible about the machine and its main functional components.

All this information is the basis for drawing up the main document of the machine, which is called the technical passport of the equipment.

The technical data sheet is usually sold complete with the purchased equipment.

However, very often, they simply "forget" to attach it to the machine, especially this is typical for used machines, the service life of which is calculated for years, or even tens of years.

The technical passport of the equipment, in such cases, could be banally lost or become unusable if it is stored improperly.

Currently, very often the equipment is purchased abroad, and the attached technical passport for the equipment may be in a foreign language without translation, which complicates its maintenance, or does not meet the requirements of technical registration at all.
