Strict epidemiological certification is required for the legal import and manufacture of certain product categories.

Such verification is carried out according to uniform rules throughout the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The permit, which is issued at the end of all studies, is a certificate of state registration of products.

Consequently, the SRS compiled in the certification center officially certifies the full compliance of the product (material, food product) with all mandatory standards of sanitary and hygienic safety without exception.

All aspects of the permit, as well as the list of products subject to this inspection, are regulated by the Decision of the CCU No. 299.

Failure to comply with the rules and requirements established by law will entail serious administrative penalties (fine and seizure of goods).

For which products is the certificate of state registration of products issued?

According to the requirements of the 299th Decision of the CCU, a certificate of state registration of goods should be drawn up on:
• Some types of drinking water;
• Cosmetics and perfumes for children;
• Household chemicals, including various disinfectants;
• Food products belonging to the specialized category;
•  products necessary for personal hygiene;
• Materials for household and drinking water supply;
• Other.

Certificate of state registration for products: additional information The СSR for products must be issued before the start of the main certification/declaration, since this mandatory hygienic certificate is included in the package of documents provided by the entrepreneur during the state conformity assessment.

If the legislation does not provide for state registration of products, it is possible to issue an expert opinion – a voluntary epidemiological certificate of the EAEU countries.

The official certificate of state registration of products, being a document of the EAEU, is valid in Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

This document contains information about:
• The recipient company of the CSR;
• The manufacturer of the product (if your company is not one);
• The product itself.

The validity period of the CSR drawn up for the products is not limited.
