The cost of registration, certification and issuance of a certificate by divisions of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is fixed and amounts to 2 MCI per certificate.
The cost of work on the examination of origin is contractual, depending on the scope and complexity of this examination.
The certificate of origin of goods in the form of ST KZ is issued for goods exported outside the free economic zone or free warehouse to the rest of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or is issued for the list of declared goods intended for registration in the register of domestic producers, participation in tenders and public procurement.
The certificate of origin of the goods is not a mandatory document when exporting goods.
However, the importing party, upon receipt of a batch of goods without a certificate confirming its origin, will have to pay the duty in full.
