Also, the standards of organizations that establish safety standards should not contradict the requirements of technical regulations and standards harmonized with them.
The procedure for the development, coordination, approval, accounting and registration is established in the national standard ST RK 1.2-2013 Procedure for the development of national and preliminary national standards.
The requirements for the construction, design, content, presentation of recommendations, the procedure for their development, coordination, approval, registration and application are established by the organization that approved them" - one of the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Technical Regulation.
Products put into circulation in the customs territory of the Customs Union and manufactured according to the standards of organizations should not contradict the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union.
