It operates on the territory of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The SGR is valid from the moment of its issuance until the termination of the supply of products to the territory of the EAEU and (or) the manufacture of products in the territory of the EAEU. Obtaining a State Registration Certificate is necessary for further assessment of product safety and quality. Without a completed certificate of state registration for goods for which the state registration procedure is mandatory, it is impossible to obtain a certificate of conformity (declaration of conformity), and, consequently, to carry out the legal distribution of this product or product on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. According to the "Rules for state registration and withdrawal of a decision on state registration of products that have a harmful effect on human health", approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 4, 2015 No. 420, the following products are subject to state registration: -products of a new type; - food products for baby food; - food products for dietary therapeutic and dietary preventive nutrition; -mineral water; - food products for the nutrition of athletes, pregnant and lactating women; -biologically active additives; - personal hygiene items for children and adults; items for children up to three years old: dishes and products used for feeding children, items for hygienic care of a child; clothes for children (first layer); - perfumery and cosmetic products; means and products of oral hygiene; - means of disinfection, disinsection and deratization (except for those used in veterinary medicine); - household chemicals, paints and varnishes; - potentially hazardous chemical and biological substances and preparations manufactured on their basis that pose a potential hazard to humans (except for medicines), individual substances (compounds) of natural or artificial origin, capable of producing, using, transporting, processing, as well as in household conditions to have an adverse impact on human health and the environment; -materials, reagents, equipment, devices and other technical means of water treatment intended for use in domestic and drinking water supply systems; - products intended for contact with food products (except for dishes, cutlery, technological equipment).
