The conformity assessment form is established by the Technical Regulations for products. The Declaration of Conformity is issued for up to five years. For some types of products, the validity period of the CU Declaration is not established. Requirements for labeling products, as well as applying a single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union are established by the Technical Regulations for products. Labeling of products included in the Unified List of Products is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the country of destination (Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union of April 7, 2011 No. 620).
