The conformity assessment form is established by the Technical Regulations for products. The Declaration of Conformity is issued for up to five years. For some types of products, the validity period of the CU Declaration is not established. Requirements for labeling products, as well as applying a single mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union are established by the Technical Regulations for products.
